Description and operation
Vehicles have many control units that use more electricity. These units control
their own system based on information from various sensors. It is important
to provide a stable power supply as these sensors bring diverse information.
Battery sensor is mounted on battery (-) terminal. It transmits battery voltage,
current, temperature information to ECM. ECM controls generating voltage by
duty cycle based on these signals.

Applying the parking brake
To apply the EPB
(Electronic Parking Brake):
1. Depress the brake pedal.
2. Pull up the EPB switch.
Make sure the Parking Brake
i Warning Light comes on.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of SERIOUS
INJURY or DEATH, do not operate
the EPB while the vehicle is
moving except in an emergency
situation...
To fasten your seatbelt:
1.Extract the tongue plate (A) from
the hole on the belt assembly
cover.
2.Insert the tongue plate (A) into the
buckle (A’) until an audible “click" is
heard, indicating the latch is
locked. Make sure the belt is not
twisted...
