Repair procedures
Removal
1.
Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
2.
Remove the under cover.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "Engine Room Under Cover")
3.
Disconnect the EOP connector (A).

4.
Remove the EOP (B) after removing the bolts (A).
Tightening torque :
20.6 - 26.5 N.m (2.1 - 2.7 kgf.m, 15.2 - 19.5 lb-ft)

Installation
1.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

The existing o-rings must be replaced with a new one. (Do not reuse it.)
Apply ATF to new O-Ring before insert EOP to transaxle.
2.
Check the ATF level after refilling the automatic transaxle with fluid.
(Refer to Automatic Transaxle System - "Automatic Transaxle Fluid(ATF)")

After the installation, start the engine and then check if there are any leakages from the EOP connection.
